4 or 5 Part PTs?

All of the PrepTests come with 4 sections. Is this okay for practice or would you recommend practicing with 5 sections?

If so, how should I "create" the 5th section of the test?

Set aside 4-6 early PTs and take one section out of each to combine with a full on PT.

Having said that, everyone seems to do fine with just 4. The only reason you'll want to do 5 is for stamina. For me, personally, it's not worth the hassle.

On the other hand, there was someone on this forum who got a 179 after PTing with six section PTs. Obviously not going for the causality route here, but I highly doubt it hurt her performance. ;)

I would do the first 25% of your PTs as 4 sections, and then definitely start doing 5 section tests. The closer you can get your PTs to how it will be on the actual day, the better.

I used Manhattan LSATs virtual proctor as well.

So that I didn't have to take apart PTs and so that I could score all of my PTs, I simply took 4 part PTs but without a break. 4 sections without a break preps you well for 5 with a break.
