Advice for 2nd time around study plan?

So took the LSAT in December and bombed. Scored the lowest I had in about 4 months. Dunno what happened, must have just caved under the pressure.
Used BluePrint prep and the Manhattan LG book (which was freaking awesome, bombed and got a -2 in LG).
Any advice for studying for the test a second time? Obviously gonna mainly do prep tests but thinking about getting the LR Bible or Manhattan LR guide.
I don't really think there are any good books/guides to improve my RC (which is my worst, usually -5-7) besides just reading a lot.
For reference I scored a 158 and ALL my practice tests the last 3 months were 162-168....
Thanks!

I was looking for a thread like this! Any info would be helpful...I'm in the same exact position as OP
What happens if you are almost out of new material? I already went through a bunch of material twice, and I'm down to 8 new PTs that I haven't done yet.
Do I do the old PTs as timed sections? Drilling? Not sure at this point.

i took june 2011 exam and scored a 161 (averaging around 165 prior to test). just took the february test and got a 171. i followed the day-by-day prep scheduled offered at lsatblog.blogspot.com. i didn't dick around though, lived at home, hated life, and kept on the schedule as best i could. consistency is key with the lsat.

How long did you prep to get the 171. I'm assuming you don't work FT? It's so difficult to study while working FT!

exactly 3 months. and whoops i meant to say i took the october 2011 exam and scored a 161. so i studied from november right up to the february test. and no, no full time work (living at home allowed for this). i worked part-time with very sparing hours. if you follow the day-by-day, it practically is full time.

If you take the lsat and haven't taken every test past PT30 or so, you aren't maximizing your chances. Take sections back to back with 0 break and be strict on time. Review the whole test thoroughly the day after. Rinse, lather, repeat. It's simple, but not easy.

Try to strictly follow actual test conditions and, most importantly, review. I took the LSAT thrice to score a 170 and by the third time I had exhausted all the preptests. I redid them but this time with intensive, question by question, taking a look at all answers type of review.
Take the time to see patterns and know for sure why an answer is correct or wrong.
