I'll be taking the June LSAT at an unpublished location and the person that's most likely going to be my proctor mentioned that I could just schedule the time I wanted to take the test. Am I not still required to take the test in the afternoon like everyone else?

Nope. I scheduled mine...LSAC gives you a window.
