Do you have to apply for a scholarship or are they offered once your acceptance comes back? I know you have to apply for financial aid, but I wasn't sure if you could "request" a scholarship.

Usually schollys come with your acceptance or a little after. You can also apply for need-based aid by filling out the FAFSA, just like you did as an undergrad.

Some schools have named scholarships for which you can apply. Spend a while on their websites and you'll see.
