For example, my very first LSAT was Oct 9, 2010. I just took my 3rd one and I'm not particularly pleased about my performance in the LGs. If worse comes to worse, am I eligible in Oct 6, 2012 or do I have to wait until the Dec test?

You can retake October 6th, 2012.

Call LSAC. They will know the correct answer immediately.
