After 4 full length tests in 1 1/2 weeks...is this possible?

Hey guys and gals,
First off, i'd like to thank each and everyone of you on this forum who contribute by answering people's questions regarding the exam and the methods by which you approach it in order to make the gains necessary for a higher score. Your contributions to this website are invaluable. When i first took my exam, back in February 09, I scored way below what I thought I was capable of. Little did I know, I was not prepping the exam the way I should have been. Then I found top law schools. Since then, i've managed to gather and dig out resources that would help me on my journey. Through this page, I found LSATblog, pitheypike's schedule, and the three bibles in order to advance my prep. On my first go, before finding the page, I netted a 144. Needless to say I was beat. However, I went ahead and purchased LSAT blog's 5 month schedule, and just recently started taking the actual full length tests. Getting closer and closer to this December's administration, i've noticed that my endurance has improved remarkably. The last few scores have been 151, 153, 155, and 157 respectively. After each exam, i've gone through each test reviewing my mistakes intensively. With less than 2 weeks to go, assuming I keep up this marathon pace, i'm wondering if a 160 is possible. I know my screen name says "170hopeful", but do realize that I know this is far fetched. But my real question remains, is it possible through another week and a half of intense review and eliminating certain weaknesses (ie. sufficient assumption, weaken, strengthen) questions, can i make a significant break through?
Thanks for reading, and I wish you all the best of luck in the upcoming admin.
