(A) -- the argument does not establish that this political system will inevitably lead to a totalitarian regime, it argues that it may lead to one.
(E)-- the argument is not based on unrealistic expectations. It states that it is unrealistic to expect people will make good decisions when given total freedom, and then argues that people may in fact make bad decisions.

I mean it's illegal (albeit probably only technically). Obviously, you're unlikely to get in real trouble for it, but if TLS were to tolerate it, they actually might. So chill out.
