I don't think any of the points would be considered extenuating, sorry.

2 and 3 are your best bets, esp. 2. You can say something along the lines had you known before you would've changed your strategies, and that it should count past then, not before (de post facto)

for what it's worth, I had two scores on the books and canceled during the second section of the October test after becoming ill because of a head injury I sustained the night before the exam. Went to the doctors and everything after the exam so I had documentation. Wrote my letter to lsac and got a big fat SOL. So I highly doubt lsac will give you one.

Definitely call, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

We've had a several students tell us that medical conditions weren't enough to get a waiver. Most of them bridged the gap between the old policy and the new one.

My read on the policy (based on anecdotal evidence as well as talking with people at LSAC) is that the new rule is essentially a hard limit on how often you can take the LSAT (3 in 2), with exceptions only for truly exceptional circumstances.

No harm in trying, but you're basically done.
