LSAT PrepCourse Guarantee... Can you get your money back?

So, the Princeton Review along with many other exam prep companies have a "Guarantee or your money back" policy. Took a Princeton Review course in June, and worked my ass off until the October test date. My October score was one point lower than my diagnostic exam at the beginning of the course. Is it worth attempting to be refunded? This isn't so much about me, but I feel like I wasted the investment that my parents made into my education. I'd like to at least get their money back. lol

Lol! They really do! They could avoid a lot of displeased customers. I sort of figured they did that in the first place.

Anyways, today has been awful. That legit made me laugh. lol. Appreciate it!

No refunds, just a free retake of a class that you didn't get anything out of! This is why guaranteed are shams.

Solid reply. Thanks for the info. I really don't intend to retake because my score isn't that bad and it's already November. I have no reasonable time to improve before the end of this app cycle and I'm not wasting a year of my life working a shit job straight out of undergrad with a poli-sci degree.

So basically their extra course will not help me. lol
