Usually 3 days early, but that would be a Sunday. Low test turn out, but new release date. Any chance we know going into this weekend?

I would almost stake my life that its either friday or saturday, with the weight being toward friday.

Damn...that would really fuck up my weekend.. boo.

I cannot resist the urge to fill heads with something else to occupy your thoughts over the weekend since the scores probably WILL NOT be released on Friday Friday and you shouldn't torture yourself, computer equipment or small animals even thinking about that remote possibility.

I just don't get why they listed the date as the 26th oppose to the 24th. Makes me think we have a chance they will hold out until Monday which would be right on cue with their 2-3 day before release-date October trend.

Does the LSAC website having a planned down time from 5am to 7am on Friday mean anything? When the site goes down before the scores go up is it planned or does it just happen out of nowhere?

Thanks for making me think it would be Friday. If it wasn't for TLS, I would have gone on my merry way and waited until 10/26, Dam you guys .

ha that sucks. well it's being emailed so if by chance you get email on your phone you won't really have to worry at all.

I am thinking earliest possible is Friday, latest possible is Monday. I am leaning toward Friday. It would be more than 3 days from the scheduled release date, but if you look at past release information (the link OP posted), this year's supposed "release date" is atypical. So either they break the trend with the actual release as well, or it happens Friday. The more recent October releases have happened 20 days after the actual test and ALL of them on a Friday. This is not me being hopeful. I don't want my score back. I know I didn't get my PT average, so at this point it's mainly a matter of how much damage was done.

Their website is down for maintenance like 8 days a week, so I doubt that has anything to do with it.

I took the Feb 2011 LSAT, and got the score back on day 19. Today is day 19---so Im praying for today! several people in the test center told me day 19 as well? I did read the stats of past oct lsat score release dates, and they all have a 20 day score return..

Not saying too much that hasn't already been said, but historically the Oct. LSAT scores are released 20 days after the test. That would be tomorrow, 3 Fridays after the exam. However, prior to this year LSAC has had a scheduled release date for the Monday that is 23 days after the test date. This year they have a Wednesday (+25 days) release date.

In June they also had a later Wednesday as opposed to Monday scheduled release date, and the scores came out two days early on Monday. This despite the fact that June 2011 also saw a decrease in LSATs administered of 18.7% compared to June 2010.

Since June 2011 was the first time they had the Wednesday as opposed to Monday release date, and in June 2011 the scores came out only 2 days early on Monday despite the decrease in volume, my money would be on a Monday release.

That being said, it's possible that the scores could be released tomorrow or Saturday.

I agree with an earlier poster, the earliest is Friday and the latest is probably Monday. Honestly, a Saturday release wouldn't surprise me. I'll be checking each day, though. (Like a completely obsessed maniac.)
