Latest time to sign up for the February LSAT?

Just curious. When would be the latest time possible to sign up for the February LSAT? And is there anywhere to find out exactly what day in Feb that LSAT is on?

Registration deadline and fee: 1/10/2012 midnight ET, $139.00
Late registration deadline 1/20/2012 midnight ET, additional $68.00
Test date is the 11th
