Kaplan LSAT Prep Tests.. Good or bad ?

After doing research, I still could not find any answer to my concerns.

I recently acquired about 50 of these practice tests through Kaplan.

My questions are:

1) Are these tests "good tests" to practice with during my preparation? And,

2) Were these practice tests constructed by Kaplan or are they the product of previously administered LSATs?

Any feedback on this would help... I just don't want to begin taking these tests if they may possibly steer me into a wrong direction for what I should expect.

Thanks in advance!

They are all previously released actual tests.

That's good news...

Can anyone else confirm? (I believe you, but I appeal to popularity :D .)

I think they are. But Kaplan does create some of its own tests, so make sure it says "actual, previously released LSAT"

I taught for Kaplan in 2010. The only thing they change is the majority of their tests that they give you if you take a course will have a section from an early test (19 on down) included as an experimental.

Edited for spelling. I cannot type for anything tonight.

Awesome... I'm glad that I didn't get shitty tests to review with. Although I may not agree that taking a Kaplan course was right for me, I did come out of there with some pretty awesome materials (Prep tests and mastery books)

Thanks guys!
