After the fifth section when time was called my buddy behind me asked how I did on the test. I responded, but the proctor was close enough to hear me and said there is no talking under any circumstance. I quickly apologized and put my head down. I didn't get written up or receive a slip, and the proctor didn't speak a word to me after the fact. Should I be concerned? Sorry if this is an absurd question....

You should be fine, the proctor probably doesn't even know who you are. Just relax and celebrate being done.

They would've notified you on-site if you were in trouble. You're fine.

Call LSAC on Monday to confirm if you like. I once called them on behalf of a student with a similar issue, and this is what they told me.
