"assume the conclusion" on flaw questions... hmmmm.

is it true (per link above) that "assume the conclusion" on flaw questions always wrong???

Absolutely not. Circular reasoning has appeared as a correct answer several times. For an example, see PrepTest 36, Section 1, Question 10.

thanks for confirming! i didnt believe it either but it did make me question a little.....
