Falling Ill

So the gods are not on my side this week as I've come down with some sort of nasty virus. I can't sleep without popping a few Nyquills and Dayquills during the day aren't stopping me from feeling like absolute crap.

At this point I'm still in the phase where I'm waking up and feeling sicker than I did before. Should I cancel my registration and take the LSAT on December, or is it so late that I should just suck it up and take the exam feeling like crap?

Yeah, I think saying "Sick" would have made more sense....not quite thinking rationally.

Have you considered going to a doctor and convincing him to give you something that will make you feel better?

No tbh. Taking the OCT LSAT won't hurt at all.
If anything, it would be good to experience the real thing, in case you decide to retake.

Something I should have mentioned as well - I already took it in June. Got a 160, but lately I have been PTing at 165-174.

+1.

Does that make it Falling IV? Discuss.

You still have 4-5 days to get over this. Rest as much as you can, and if you want to review some LSAT stuff while in bed, then that couldn't hurt. But I think you know how much of an advantage it is to do well in October as opposed to December. POWER THROUGH!! And by power through I mean do absolutely nothing and lie in bed.

Obviously if you're still on your death bed on Friday night though, withdraw.

Being a no-show is not the end of the world. That means this is a gametime decision and, if you're smart, you were going to take a few days off anyway to stay fresh. So, maybe you lose 3 or 4 days of study time over the course of several months it's not the end of the world. You're not getting your money back anyway, so just wait and see.

I think the stress has done a number on my immune system, as well. I've been fighting a bug since Monday, so I'm in the same boat. Is there any difference in withdrawing my reserved seat (no-show) or taking the test and cancelling the score?
