Prep Scores Going Down??!

Hey everyone-
I'm studying for the October test and have run into a bit of a problem. I'm taking the brute force study approach, taking every preptest I can get my hands on and diligently going over both missed answers as well as "iffy" correctly answered problems. I was consistently testing in the low to mid 160s for a while, which is right in my target zone. I also went through the LG Bible, LG Bible supplement, and LR Bible. This was all over a period of around two months. I took (and bombed) the test last year after a considerable amount of study (Testmasters course).
However, as of recently my test scores have been dropping significantly. The last test I took was 154 and the preceding few weren't much better. Interestingly enough, the recent low-scoring tests are from the newest volume of preptests. Does anyone find the newer tests to be more difficult than the old ones?
The test is in two weeks and I am beginning to worry whether or not all this studying will pay off. Strangely enough, my girlfriend is in the exact same boat as me, experiencing a sudden score drop off after consistently scoring 165-170. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Any advice?
