Sorry if this is a stupid question....re: rescheduling LSAT

The LSAC site says the deadline to change test dates is Sept 11 - does that mean I can change it on Sept 11 and not later than or do I have to do it today? I am still deciding depending on how a practice test later goes. Thanks.
