Repeating RC Sections?

Post by mmotieju » Fri Sep 09, 2011 1:11 am

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on this.

I suck at RC, its my worst section and after improving, I still get -8 or 9. Really terrible.
Lately, Ive been trying to drill by using Dave Hall's method where I try and answer the questions before looking at the answers and essentially prephrasing what I think it is.
Ive been doing this with older passages, but we all know they get trickier so Im thinking maybe I should practice with newer ones. The only problem is by using them now, there is the possibility that I will remember them when i go to do PTs before the December test, or perhaps it could help solidify the tricky RC patterns?

I just wanted to see some opinions. Maybe it doesnt matter at all, but I thought I would ask. Anyone do anything like this? Thanks!!! :D

Why would you move on to the more difficult ones if you're still not mastering the older, easier ones?
