how to settle stomach during lsat? (genuine question)

whenever i sit for a full practice test, i end up having to take a dump at some point during the test (even when i've taken a dump right before the test). and in the rare occasion i don't have to take a dump, i tend to pass gas quite a bit. this situation is a problem for me because it diverts a lot of my focus away from the test and causes me to lose a lot of time on sections.

does anybody else have this problem or have any advice as to how i can settle my stomach before and during the test?

:( i apologize for the topic, but this is a genuine concern of mine :(

I ate like 6 tums prior to my test, just in case. 2 will probably suffice, but I actually found them delicious, so I ate 6...

Shift your mealtimes by like 3-4 hours.
