With a month until the October test, I feel like I am improving in all areas except LG. It is really killing and bringing score down; I'm usually around -10 to 12 in a section. I feel pretty good about linear games or in and out games. Grouping seems to kill me (mostly with finding the main inference that unlocks the game... Or finding it too slowly). I feel like I've drilled SO many games and gotten little results. I thoroughly go over games to see what I did wrong but I feel like something just isn't clicking.

My question is if there is anything I can do that I'm currently not doing in order to master this section? I feel like I've done all the "normal" game prep...I'll do anything and am open to any sort of advice or unorthodox techniques lol. My score will be very close to where I'd like it if i could only get most of this section down. Thank you in advance.

How many games do you predict you have done? AFter like 10 days of doing 3 hours worth of games a day my LG section drastically improved without much review.

The only way to improve LG is to keep doing them. Use the LB bibles for help with diagrams. But just keep doing them, and the inferences will start to look similar to past games

Curious, did you do this all timed? My LG is somewhat weak in comparison to my LR/RC, and I have plenty (all) of the older LG games. I'm considering just plowing through them for a few days before I get into doing more of my more recent PTs, though I'm iffy about the games from the first "Actual 10" book, so maybe just the second book.

I'm not sure how many I've done truthfully, but I would guess somewhere around 50-60 at the minimum.

At that point, I'd slow down and start working on the concepts in the games. You don't seem to be inherently picking up the patterns through brute force (though how you reviewed those games also comes into play).

You say grouping games are giving you issues - you should go over the common rules (there are four of them: A->B, not A->B, A->not B, A<->B). Work on finding those relationships and what they mean (for example, not A->B means A or B), and you should start to see improvements.
