Disability Question

In November 2010, I was involved in a car accident that broke my nose, jaw, fractured my spine, caused an orbital fracture and severed my lens and cornea in my eye.
Since then, I've made a great recovery. But until my next three surgeries (starting Jan 2012), I suffer from severe blindness, double vision, and sensitivity to light in my right eye. This is because I only have a partial lens left after my initial cataract aspiration. Also, my tear ducts have been shattered which lead to random draining.
What would happen if I apply for accommodation?
