Pls help me understand how C is the TCR when the stimulus is talking about the a product being used more 'regularly" to be tested over less frequently used product.

I think D is analogous because it prefers testing the frequently used medication over the other one.

Also,I eliminated E because of the word non-medical.Are we not assuming that non-medical is pertaining to cleaning stuff..
