5 LSAT words everyday

I am not sure how helpful this thread would be to the majority to TLS aspirants but I think some may agree with me on the struggle with vocabulary.While preparing for LSAT,I realized that its not enough that you have a general idea of the word/phrase to answer a question or decode the passage.The exact meaning validates the accuracy in understanding.Hope this thread makes the words sink in more.
Suggestions welcomed!!

Today's 5 words.
Might be too obvious for most but few like me might be struggling.
Zeitgeist-the general intellectual,moral and cultural state of an era.
Eschew-shun:avoid
Conglomerate- made up pf parts of various sources.
Apartheid-a policy of racial segregation.
Drudge- to do hard,menial or monotonous work.

Eccentric: slightly strange.

Desecration: blasphemy
Ecclesiastical: Of or relating to the Christian Church or its clergy.
Exacting: severe, demanding
Avant-Garde: New and unusual or experimental ideas, esp. in the arts, or the people introducing
Vogue: prevailing fashion or style.
Preternatural: beyond what is normal.
Arcane: obscure

Thursday's Words-
Vex- to bring trouble:to annoy continually with little irritations.
timid-lacking in courage or self confidence
shortchanged- to cheat:especially giving less than correct amount of change
alienate- to make hostile:to transfer to another ( property etc)
Extol- to praise highly:glorify
some words sound quite familiar but didn't know what they mean

Friday's Words-
clatter- a rattling sound.
curator- one in charge of a place of exhibit.
retributive- something administrated or exacted in recompense esp punishment.
fad- a practice or interest followed for a time with exaggerated zeal.
wary- very cautious especially careful in guarding against danger or deception.
I still had to look up few of them in the dictionary.

thrive- flourish/grow
incumbent- the holder of an office/position
never would have guessed
Enliven- give life,action or spirit to:animate
absurd- objectionable/ridiculous

disposition- the art of disposing:relinquished:natural tendency towards things
rhetoric- the art of speaking or writing effectively
promulgate- to make known or put into force by open declaration
insurgent- the person who revolts against civil authorities or established declaration.

"a priori" - a: being without examination or analysis; presumptive b : formed or conceived beforehand
"prevarication" - a statement that deviates from or perverts the truth

Adjudication - the act of a court in making an order, judgement, or decree.
Smidgen - a very small amount.
Quandary - delimma.
Hue - Color, tint.
Quarrelsome - inclined to quarrel; argumentative; contentious.
