I'm taking the June 2012 test but I want to get materials while I have the money. What do I need? Feel free to slaughter my wallet.

FYI:
I'm going to study at home and am shooting for mid-170s.

Powerscore LG and LR bible. And all of the prep tests 20 - current. That covers it. Manhattan LG book is a decent supplement too.

One of these may help too: http://lsatwatch.webs.com/

What's the advantage in skipping the first 20 LSATs? The OP has almost a year in which to study.

Time. If you have the time for all of them, take all of them. But most people don't. 1-20 are the least similar to modern era LSAT's in the way the questions are presented, as the test has evolved a bit over the years. If you took LSAT 61 for example, your best study would have been to take #60, not #1. And by the time you've done 40 PT's, most people are about at their plateau anyway, so the rule of diminishing returns kicks in.

If you have time take them all though.
