Preptest 54

Can someone kindly go over the setup for the LG portion of preptest 54....

I'm studying with the power score books, so looking to see what the bases are and such.

Yes, I am new, and NO, I am not smarter than you. So if we could kindly alleviate the snide comments about how if I dont make a 160, suicide is the second best option, I'm just trying to learn more and more as any student I am sure can attest to...

Thank You

You can find the diagrams for the games on:

Take a look at Manhattan's LG guide if you are struggling with linear/ordering or binary grouping/in-out games. It's an extremely useful resource for LG. I used Powerscore to build the basics and then Manhattan to supplement for certain game types.

On TLS, it's 170 or suicide.

I did look at those applications, and it didn't really stick with me, that is kinda why I'm asking for the approach that *maybe* would be concurrent with the power score books.

Thank you again for such a timely response, and it looks like I'll have to get my kool-aid mixed.

Cheers!

I'm actually saving PT 54 for September so I can't personally help you with the games on that test unfortunately.

However, I did find some youtube vids that explain the setup. No idea if the videos use Powerscore's methods since I haven't watched them.

you are not gonna get too many responses when you want an entire section diagrammed...if you would like a certain game diagrammed I can help, but I am not going to diagram all 4 games (sorry, too lazy to..and I believe I speak for most)

EDIT: The videos look good, try them out

Not sure what the final acronym means, but i will definately check out the videos. Thank you for all of your responses, and I do see your point about the broad request. Sorry for the excessive use of the forum in general.

Thank You all!

Also: Mr. Kevin P. clearly I must be missing something, but is there a specific reason you've chosen to wait to take practice test 54??? Is there something I should know, or something that the wiser group holds to upon practice tests.

Thanks!

Thanks. This is the only place that continually has feedback for people, so please bear with me as I try to get better (message board and LSAT wise)

I'm drilling LR question types, LG game types, and RC passages from PTs 53 and lower. I would like to leave 10 full PTs (54-63) that I can take after I'm done with drilling.

Also, since you are new:

Best of luck to you m8.
