Judy's response shows that she interprets Harry's statement to imply that
PT 7 S1 Q3
It seems like an assumption question to me, but in the prepbook, it's categorized as a must be true question

more like an inference than an assumption, but it's neither - it's a rarer type. based on context, you predict what one thinks the other is saying. if anything it's more like a point at issue.

It's a unique type. The following preptests have also featured such a question.

I think if you had to categorize it as something, I would say point at issue. Seems like a variation of that to me, at least.

you don't predict what the other person interprets the guy to mean in a point at issue. you just identify what they disagree about.

I'd call it more of a Flaw. In general, when a question asks how x interprets y, then x is MISinterpreting something that y said. So you're looking for a Flaw in x's response, with common answers including some variation of a Shifting Term Flaw (using a word in two different senses) or a Necessary/Sufficient Flaw (confusing something necessary as sufficient or vice-versa).

The question says "Judith's response shows that..." so I'd shoehorn it into an inference question.
