Hey new poster but been reading site for awhile.
What did you score on your first practice LSAT? (preferably cold if you took it)
What ended up being your best actual score?

163 (PT 56). Took Dec 10 and got 162. Retook June 11, so hopefully better.

I took a Kaplan course; 4 proctored tests and 2 or 3 at home. I was PTing in the low to mid 170s after the second PT. I think Dec was partly nerves.

157 completely cold. Scored a 166 in October. This was on the low side for my PTs (the lowest actually). I was consistently between 166 and 170

I think it varies depending on how you personally react to test situations. I've heard of people outperforming their best PTs on the real deal, and we all know people who practice amazingly but get performance anxiety during the real deal.

PT average: 173-ish
PT low: 167
PT high: 177
June 11: ???????????
Note: PT #s are for the 2nd time studying (after the Sept 09 test)

PT average right before the test: 170
First score: Not sure yet. I'll let you know in a few weeks

My first practice was a 155. My highest was a 167. I scored a 164 on the actual test.
I've heard that on average, most people score within 2 or 3 points of their practice test average. I can't remember where I read that, but I think it was from something published by LSAC.
I took the test twice, and I scored about 2 points below my given average each time, although those averages were about 8 points away from each other.

first score: 155.
highest pt: 175
actual score: 167
That was probably around my average. I spent a while in the high 160s and the last few weeks I was scoring pretty consistently in the low 170s. On test day I was super nervous and I left to pee during the second section.
