When should I sign up/enroll in a prep course and test date?

So I think I'll most likely be taking BluePrint for the October test date and it doesn't start until early July. I'm still thinking on which schedule I want so that's why I'm hesitating, plus I just want to do a bit more research in the Testmasters - BluePrint comparison. Do these classes ever fill up? Is it okay if I sign up a month before?
Furthermore, the summer schedule is basically:
1) Start early July through late September with classes twice a week.
2) Start mid-late July through late September with classes 3 times a week.
Which do you think is better? I would imagine the 1st choice is better because you start earlier and since classes are twice a week, you have more time to do homework and study whereas for #2, you are constantly rushing to learn the next step and you might not be able to catch up.
Also, for the LSAT test date in October, how soon should I sign up to make sure I get a spot at the specific place I want?
