I found the LG bible is great, but I've heard mixed review about the RC bible.
One of the strategies the RC bible is selling is to "frequently return to the passage during the question to confirm and disconfirm answer choices"
I haven't tried it, but it seems very time-consuming. and time is the biggest challenge for me in RC section
Can anyone share their ideas on this strategy? thanks!

I think RC strat is very personal. Some people are such that they can read a bit slower and keep all the details in their head, and some people are such that they could read the passage at the slowest realistic pace and still fail to keep a large share of the necessary details in their head. To some extent, you can improve your ability to remember RC passages, but I feel the consensus is that RC is the hardest section to improve. As a result, you should do what is best for you (start by identifying where RC gives you trouble, and then choose a strat that helps you minimize the negative effects of these pitfalls). I will say that if you are going to be a return to the passage sort of guy, I'd expect that you should develop some very good notation that makes your re-reads efficient (my study partner was a return to the passage, mark up the passage, sorta guy). My strategy was a bit different--I'd read at half to three-quarter pace and I never made so much as a mark on my passages.

RC Bible is teaching a "framework" that will allow test takers to develop certain skills and refine their own personal approachj after they have mastered the technique of spotting key information with speed and precision. I stopped diagramming the passages after I got the techniques down.

But to answer your question, I recommend starting with the techniques if you aren't good at RC already. Then personalize the approach by adding or dropping whatever works for you.

How can someone train himself to improve the ability to remember RC passage. Curious

Personally, I wouldn't focus so much on trying to improve at remembering the passage. I think it's more helpful to find a system that helps you answer the questions quickly and accurately. Whether this system is based on memory or on marking up the passage is up to your individual strengths and ultimately what you are most comfortable doing. I think it's more important to understand the structure of the passages and where key information can be found when you're answering the questions, getting comfortable doing RC, and understanding characteristics of wrong answer choices.
