Having trouble finding the main conclusion when...

There are no conclusion indicator words or the main conclusion is directly behind a counter-premise or premise indicator word. How does everyone deal with this?
I am drawing this from PT 55 question #10 - section 1.
The correct answer is E, and is set up in the middle of the stimulus behind the counter-premise indicator "However,". Did LRB teach me bad habits? Or am I missing something which should have led me to believe this was the main conclusion. Please help! This particular PT killed me on LR (mainly the 3rd section tho, not section 1).
