Preptest 31, section 3. Question 12

Hello there, hope everyone is enjoying their LSAT studies.
How does E weaken the argument?
Only question wrong in the whole section...ahhhh :evil: I ended up guessing E because it just didn't make sense to me. I can see why C is correct but why is E incorrect?

E weakens because it shows that the several studies discussed in the stimulus have a very limited (homogenous) and therefore unrepresentative sample. We can't judge based on some psych students' opinions what MOST ppl think.
