Is this a method question or evaluation question

the question stem says,
"if the considerations advanced in its support are true, the pareassage's conclusion is supported"
answer choices are worded like
(A) strongly, unless...
(B) at best weakly, because...

It's a rare evaluation question that occurred rarely in older tests and not at all in recent tests, though you never know if it might come up again.
The categorization is not that meaningful, especially since most evaluation questions are not like this.
