is the LSAT improvable through repetitive practices?

I am planning to take the LSAT on december, and the fact that I wouldnt improve much gets me worried incredibly. I am constantly working on the LSAT, devoting at least an hour a day, but am still worrying that I would not be able to improve significantly. I have read lots of posts saying that LG section is highly learnable, but what about LR or RC? I am making about 5 to 6 errors on each section, and I need to only make 2-3 errors on each section in order to reach my desired score. Would getting used to the questions really help a lot?
Cut to the chase, is the LSAT really improvable through repetitive practices? or is one predisposed to take the LSAT well, meaning are some people already intelligent enough to take the LSAT well than others?
