I appreciate your early advice, review and recognizing patterns really has been just huge in my scores.
Thanks!

I had a similar log to OP:
Mar 1, 2008 49 LG 10/22 LR 19/26 RC 14/27 LR 19/25 62/100 152
Mar 11, 2008 20 LR 25/25 RC 20/26 LG 20/24 LR 24/26 89/101 170
Mar 11, 2008 21 LG 19/24 LR 23/25 LR 21/25 RC 21/25 86/101 169
Mar 14, 2008 23 LG 15/24 LR 21/26 LR 21/24 RC 19/26 76/100 164
***Between Mar 14 and Apr 19, I didn't have very much time to study since I was working full time and going to school full time. I tried to squeeze in work on Logic Games as often as possible, since that was my major weakness.
Apr 19, 2008 45 LR 20/25 RC 22/27 LG 19/22 LR 22/25 83/99 167
***Between Apr 19 and May 19, I was finishing up school and work, studying for finals, then graduating and moving home from school. Again, I tried to squeeze in work on LG as often as I could, but didn't get more than a few hours a week in. Once I got home from school, I had no job and committed myself full-time to LSAT prep. I was working on prep 8-12 hours a day, 6 or 7 days a week. I tried to take at least 1 PT every day, then focused the rest of my day on reviewing the exam and working on weaknesses.
May 19, 2008 A LR 24/25 RC 22/27 LG 18/24 LR 23/25 87/101 166
May 21, 2008 25 RC 25/26 LR 22/25 LG 17/24 LR 25/26 89/101 170
May 21, 2008 26 LG 18/25 LR 25/25 LR 21/25 RC 22/27 86/101 169
May 22, 2008 27 LR 25/26 LG 16/24 RC 21/26 LR 24/25 86/101 171

I became fairly consistent around the 170-172 range and plateaued until about 1 week prior to the exam, when I scored my first 176. Then, I dropped back down for a couple days, and finally began prepping consistently in the 175+ range a few days prior to the exam. 2 days before the exam I reached 178. I took the day before the exam off.

Ended up with a 177 on the June 2008 exam.

I was the exact same way. If I took the weekend off, then my timing would be off on my Monday PT & it took me until the next day to get my feel for the exam back.

I'd score a 176 on Friday then a 173 or something on Monday... Then back up to 174-176 range from Tues-Friday.

It wasn't until the final weeks when I stopped taking breaks that I was able to move into the 177-179 range consistently during my final week.

When you are prepping in the 175+ range it is really all about timing.

Are you going to take a break the day before the exam?
I did, but then I woke up with that rusty feeling so I freaked and worked through 2 timed of LR sections the morning of the exam to make sure I felt fresh.

I also took 2 exams a day during the last week or so with a short break in between to build stamina. Figured if I could take 8 sections back-to-back then the extra experimental section would be a breeze. It was.
