I'm retaking June. Advice?

Got a 157 and PT's consistently around 163. I only studied about 1.5 months too. I know I can do better on this test. I've read the Logic Games Bible and did practice tests. Should I take the class or continue to self study and add another book or something?

Right there with ya! a VERY disappointing 157 in feb. PTing 160-165 range. Retaking in Oct. though. I know I'm capable of way better. I consistently was getting better and better with each PT, so I should have waited until I finally broke into the 170s. Was praying for a miracle, I guess  I'm considering taking a class since I did the self study/bibles/online thing.

I'm with you, I got a 166, and PT in the 170s (now after taking it, PT'd at 165 before, with no prep.) i normally would take that score and be happy, but my GPA makes puppies cry, I need every point I can get.

Also, anyone else pissed off that Feb was non-disclosed now that we need to study for retake?

I'm kind of glad it was undisclosed for my own sake. Knowing how I am, I would have obsessed for days over what I got wrong. Just seeing my score sent me into a slight shock for a few hours....It was good for my health that I couldn't see what I did wrong!

Unbelievably so. I'm in the same boat...PT's in 165-169 range, actual score 159. I wish I knew which section(s) I screwed up so I could study appropriately!

What is the point of the nondisclosed test? Why do us poor Feb-test takers have to suffer in curiosity?

I think it is because they reuse those tests for overseas and Sabbath test takers, so giving us all the answers would be conducive to cheating, at least that is what was on the packet.
It didn't tell me that when I added the comprehensive answer guide to my cart and paid for it though. I still need to email them about that...

I retook a 157 to get a 164 and then a 172. My thoughts are here: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 6&t=140092

Much thanks. I think I'm going to get started in April studying for October.

I'm condensing the LR bible down into notes as you recommended.

Any other advice that comes to mind that maybe wasn't in the thread?

Hm, not really. I think it mentioned the 5 section PT's in the thread...and really just being serious about it. It's super easy to set up a beautiful study plan and then not do it until a month before the test; trust me, I've done it, but that won't fly.

I think that's all I've got; if you have more, specific questions, let me know.
