Good warmup for LR?

My prep has moved to more timed practice now, and i've noticed that i sometimes have problems with starting LR sections slowly, which is especially frustrating b/c they are typically the easiest questions. I usually hit my stride with no problems, but sometimes finish the first 10 in 12 minutes when i know i am capable of doing it in 10. This problem is occassionally compounded when i hit a tricky question and get bogged down and then i rush towards the end of the section. I guess my question is two-fold: what do you guys do to avoid a slow start, and what do you do to avoid getting bogged down? I've only recently started doing the timed sections but after i finish i go and review the tricky ones to better understand them and see why the correct answer is right/what i can do in the future to get it more quickly, and if it's a question type i've been struggling with (primarily flaw/weaken for w/e reason) i'll review the relevant sections in the LR bible (but i've also looked at the manhattan lr book for a different perspective).
is there anything else i should be doing short of practice practice practice? i've been doing quite well in my timed practice in the other sections, and my goal is 170+(hopefully on the plus side haha). also i'm aiming to take the june exam if that helps. thanks.
