Hi there,

I'm taking the June LSAT. My initial diagnostic was 156 and, after two months of studying the PowerScore LGB and LRB, my latest diagnostic is 162.

My breakdown was:

LR 1: 20/25

RC: 26/27

LG: 14/24

LR 2: 20/25


My goal is to crack 173. How can I get there by June? Obviously, Logic Games is my weakest subject. Should I focus most of my energy on improving LG (as opposed to LR or maintaining RC)? Do you know any courses that focus on LG or methods I should try (besides PowerScore)?

Do nothing but LG for an entire month. Just drill drill drill. Screw full PT's. Your RC is stellar and that's the hardest to improve. Once you do nothing but LG's for an entire month your brain will be wired to see the patterns instantly. Then work on LR. Your RC is near perfect. I'm jealous.

Improving on LG. Period. There's no reason to miss that many. That's where I was at when I scored a 164 on my first LSAT. Mostly by mastering LG, I raised my score to 175 on my second LSAT.

I did this and on the December LSAT, which was one of the harder Logic Games sections, I only missed 4. I attribute all of that to doing logic games every day for a month leading up to the test.

You should also be practicing pre-phasing LR questions. -10 overall LR is a lot to lose.
