1) You sound like exactly the sort of person who would benefit from a class (you need boosting in all areas, though games more than the others, you're starting fairly low, etc.), so you're in a good situation as far as that goes. It's likely that your score will ratchet up substantially if you keep up with everything and take it seriously.

2) Don't worry too much about starting low. Some people start lower than that and end higher than your goal. Not many, admittedly, but it's possible.

3) You'll have a pretty good idea what your score is looking like when you take the fifth or sixth test. Until then, you won't really know much — score improvement is a weird, non-linear thing — but that's pretty late in the course and you'll have a decent idea by then where you're ending up by June.

If I'm not hitting close to my goal, I will cancel by May 14th and take the Oct. exam.

It's def possible. I started off with a whopping 133 and took a course and studied for 3 months and ended up w a 163. The key is to not get discouraged with the material and take it slow. The first diag is the worst too bc you don't know what to expect so half of the poor score has to do with inability to focus. Just keep your eye on the prize and believe you can do it and you'll do well.

I definitely recommend going for the Oct test. I'd do all three bibles and ALL the PTs, from oldest to newest. I'd get a tutor or something halfway through if I wasn't improving much.

Go for the October test. You will definitely be able to improve from 135 as the LSAT is an extremely learnable test. Make sure you do 20+ practice tests and correct them and you should see improvements along the way. I personally improved 20 points from my diagnostic test in only 6.5 months of diligent practice

Thank you to everyone! I'm giving everything to God. I'm keepig the Faith. If I'm hitting my goal by the 5th or 6th PT in my prep course, I will take the June exam, if not I will go for the Oct. exam. Again, thank you everyone!

Why are you aiming so low? Are you only applying to T3/T4's? What about money? That kind of score will most certainly not allow many, if any, money options. Don't limit yourself.

Im not the best standardized test taker. I have extremely bad test aniexty. I just want a law degree. I graduated college in dec. 2010 with a 3.92. So, I know my low ACT score did not determine my college success.

Depends, what was the 25/75 act score at your UG. For example If you got a 24 on the act, and went to a school like Eastern Michigan University which has a 75th of 24 then it did a pretty good job determing how well you performed in UG

I was not even close to my UG 25th % ACT score which was really close to like a 20.
