Top Law Schools

Hey guys,

I'm a sophomore at a patriot league school and my college is offering a free official LSAT. Do you think it would be beneficial to take this test or should I wait until after I have done some prepping? Thanks. My only prepping was a logic course taken at my school.

It wouldn't hurt to take it cold without any prep just to get an idea of your baseline starting point score. With that you get an idea of how much you need to improve your score to gain admission to the law schools you are considering.

Probably a good idea. Bear in mind that your initial score does not tell you much about your potential, but the results do (if you analyze them in detail) give you some idea what you need to work on.

Usually people's first score is horrifyingly low.
