I don't think it is possible to improve in a meaningful way in 5 days. Maybe a few points at best. However, you should provide the service if he wants it.

Honestly, you'd be wasting his money, but if he's dead set on it, then you could probably go over basic tricks and set ups. You could cover RC notation strategies, basic logic games setup, and how to budget time for LR. That's probably about it. Sounds like you're new to tutoring, so be prepared to troubleshoot if he's difficult, frustrated, or freaking out about his last minute decision to study and expecting miracles. That would be my biggest concern right now--that he's looking for a miracle worker.

I'd also make it perfectly clear that you are not responsible for his performance on test day b/c he hasn't studied and waited until the last minute to start studying. Good luck if you decide to take this guy on.
