ABA May Make LSAT Optional - Thoughts?

It has come to my attention over the past 24 hours that the ABA is dissatisfied with a few things. It has been hitting all the Law Journals. What are your thoughts? Personally? I believe law schools should be able to accept their best qualified candidates (of their choosing) without worrying about losing some type of status in the USNWR.
