So I am deciding most likely to wait a year to apply because I need to retake the LSAT which will be the 3rd time, trying to hit 168 or better. But since I did take a TestMasters to prepare for the october lsat, and i took the lsat twice already, would you all recommend taking the February LSAT while everything is still more 'fresh' in my mind, or wait for the June LSAT which will give me longer to study, but I will be farther removed from everything so maybe I won't be as sharp?

1) are you PTing where you want to be? if not, the last chunk of studying from now until feb won't drastically impact your results, and you should hold off until june.

2) since this is your last retake and really need to hit a certain score threshold, you should probably take it in june
