Take February LSAT or go to Tier 4 law school and transfer?

Hey I'm new to this forum stuff, but I've been referring to it a lot through this law school process. I took the December LSAT and well it didn't go as well as I expected it to go. I ended up scoring way out of the range I was scoring on my practice tests, which sucks. However I already sent in all my apps (20 of them) thinking that I would do well on the December LSAT and my score would just be sent whenever it came in. Now that I know this score is not good enough for the schools I want to go to I'm in a panic. My score can get me into a tier 4 school like Thomas Jefferson and I'm wondering would it be a good idea just to enroll there and then transfer out. I really don't want to go through the process of reapplying with all that money. However, I know taking the February lsat means my chances are minimized of getting into the schools I want to go to. At this point going to any Top 100 California school is fine by me. I could really use some advice?
