Yes. a 3.5/170 will get UVa if ED. Even if the 170 is your third.

There's no guarantee of anything but for T14 schools that take the highest LSAT, your previous scores won't matter much, if at all. Just make sure to write an addendum if the school requires it.

What were your scores? What was your PT average / range?

Also, don't fall for the t14 or bust attitude on here.

I took the LSAT three times, resulting in 157, 164, and 172. My GPA's 3.3, and so far I've gotten into one T-14 and one T-20, plus several other lower ranked schools.

You'll want to write an addendum- most suggest or require it. Many of the deans address the addendum issue in their interviews on this site.

Eugene,

How did you study for the 3rd time?

I took it twice 163 in Oct and a 161 in Dec (misbubbled RC) my PT avg was 168. I am going to apply but retake in June.
