I'll be transferring after spring 11' sememster (67-70 credits) to Umiami which doesn't allow transfers to begin summer semesters (before I realized this, I had planned on starting summer). Since I normally take summer courses, and cannot this time, I would like to use the time effectively and take the lsat in June or September, utilizing some or all of summer to prepare. Is this advisable and will it be looked upon negatively regarding my app to law schools
Advice is greatly appreciated--thanks

It's fine. If you feel like the summer gives you the best chance to score well, go for it.
