Is it me or besides the lichens and the time consuming part of the 2nd game and the lack of space for the 1st game the test wasn't too hard? I took the test in dec 09 Hard! Jun 2010 the games sucked especially for the mulch. this was pretty straight forward.

- I thought the middle two games were very time consuming.

- There were a couple of tricky questions in LR. Not many, but a couple.

- A lot of people seem to have had trouble with RC.

I took December 2009 this past week as a PT and scored my highest ever. I thought this was much harder.

My vote is for -15. RC was pretty brutal (dental caries and 1850s fiction ). I thought LG was hard but not unprecedented. Still messed up on it though. I usually average -5 on rc but prob missed that on 1850s fiction alone.

I blind guessed on at least 6 RC questions. I think I did decent on LR and LG, but I don't know if I did well enough to account for the likely 8+ questions that I missed in RC.

ETA: I shouldn't say "blind guessed." More like, I couldn't remember any details of the passage and got to the point that I was just selecting answers if they related to anything I remembered reading. That might be worse than blind guessing.

I wish it was -17. That probably would have put me in 170 territory had I finished the games.

I feel incredibly ignorant asking this...but what would a -15 curve entail?

It's what you need for a 170.

I wasn't aware mulch was considered hard until after I took the june PT. I thought mulch was sort of a joke. There were like 5 hypos you could draw in 5 minutes that answered all the questions, as I remember. Not shitting on anyone .. just saying, you only had to keep track of 2 items instead of the usual 5+.

I initially felt a -12 cruve, but I'm going to lean -14 after considering it for a bit. My hunch is that the presence of yet another high curve led LSAC to include another question. 102 is unprecedented. A high curve (maybe even 15? seems doubtful, though) may explain it.

That said -- I thought this was more difficult than October (for which I sat). Game were definitely harder, RC also more challenging, though about average difficulty on the whole. LR was tricky, but not undoable. Overall, this test didn't seem to have any easy "gimmes" but nothing seemed extraordinarily difficult save one (maybe two, depending on your view) games. Just a bit harder throughout.

Given the recent history of December exams, -14 seems about right. This one was easily more challenging than Dec 09.

I would say -12 but december usually has the most generous curve in a given year. I would guess -14 based on june & october both being -12 but that's probably overly optimistic.

-13, unlucky as it sounds

I wouldn't be shocked by -14 or -15 though its doubtful

If the test is a 102 questions, would this effect the curve?

This test is hands down harder than the Dec. one w/ the -14 curve and it has 102 questions. This will be at least a -14 curve, probably a -16 I think.

Woah, there were 102 questions huh. I guessed -11 for curve, but maybe it'll be -12. Honestly think that's as generous as it'll get.

What does that mean? Does -11 mean that if you got a 150 they add 11 points on to it to give you a 161? what does this -11 or -12 stuff mean? please explain this to me, i am foreign.
