Surely LSAC got this wrong, anyone able to explain why the answer clearly isn't E?

Because it should be

A believes in B, but B doesn't exist so A is false.

E says: A believes in B, but A doesn't exist so B is false. So it is wrong

I see what you're saying.

I still think that A can also be discounted. Not a fan of this question.
