I must be missing something but this has puzzled me

the fifth rule allowed me to infer that the setup would be IIIDD for flights thus making R the fourth flight. I usually have little problem with games but I don't see why this isn't the case

you only know of one I and two Ds. so you have ??IDD...it is impossible to infer whether the remaining flights are I or D.

I just did this one. This game is easier once you realize how flexible S, T become. They could all be domestics and leave later, or they could be int. and there is no rule discussing Fly vs Get int. order.
