Are you doing the test soon after waking up? If so, wake up at 730 and let your body get onto it's groove over the next 90 minutes before starting

how long are you giving yourself before you wake up and when you take the test? When I took it the time between waking up and actually having the test in front of me was about 3 or 4 hours. Woke up about an hour before i had to be there. got there on time. waited about an hour and a half to get in my room and then about 45 min of admin stuff. you'll have time to let the grogginess go away.

hopefully i'll adapt in the next few days

Hehe. I guess that is one nice thing about taking the test overseas, the test starts at 2 in the afternoon.

OP. Try doing a couple warmup games before you actually take the test.

It usually takes a few days (well, upwards of a week or two, sometimes) to adjust your internal clock to a different schedule. So it may just take some time.

I like to do a LG section before my PTs. I think it helps a lot.
