PT 1 LG game # 2

Post by bee's vision » Mon Nov 29, 2010 12:53 am

I know this is an oldie but I can't figure out the best way to set it up. Its the one about printers and computers in four offices. Do you put the year at the bottom of the diagram horizontally, (87 88 89), and the offices vertically? or the offices horizontally and C and P vertically? Neither really make sense to me. Can someone please explain?

Office # is the base (1, 2, 3, 4) and P and C are the 2 tiers above it. This game is one that is easy if you make all of the up-front deductions.

Edit: just thought I'd mention it: this is a really fun game. The conditional chains are pretty cool. If you're doing the oldies, I also like the dogs game and the petworld game.

Yea that makes sense, thanks. It just feels awkward not having the dates as the base. My instinct tells me to put the years (87, 88, 89) as the base and the offices (1,2,3,4) as the tiers and fill in the blanks with C and P but that didn't work out too well.
